Special Night

Tonight when my daughter got off the bus we all jumped into the van for a surprise. Crystal and I decided that tonight was Alexis' special night. We took her to her favorite place to eat and let her order whatever she wanted. And believe me, she wanted the dessert.

What's so special about a Monday night? Nothing except Alexis. We just thought that tonight was a great opportunity for us to show her how special she is.

She had a huge smile on her face after we told her all of this.

Being a parent is great.

Caden has already decided where he wants to go when it's his special night...
